At LTD Commodities, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a processing credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Locate the packing slip included with your order and fill out the return form section indicating the reason for your return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a sturdy equivalent, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-addressed return label from your packing slip to the outside of the box, or create a new label addressed to our returns department.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been fully processed.
